Please note that airport transfers are provided only if you are arriving on October 24th and departing on November 2nd. However, please fill out this form NO MATTER WHAT DATES you are arriving and departing so we can make all remaining travel arrangements for you. If you’d like help obtaining your own transportation outside of these dates, please let us know.

Yes, I understand that with the exception of a delayed flight, if I arrive before or after the arranged transportation travel days of October 24 and November 2, I must arrange my own transportation.

If I'm traveling outside of these dates, I understand I will need to arrange my own transportation. I will also notify the group of any changes or delays in my travel via the wechat or whatsapp group chat.
