TERMS OF SERVICE – AMAZING AT HOME RETURNS SERVICE
We at Amazing at Home LLC (“Amazing at Home”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are excited to help you, the client (“you”, “your”, or “client”), process your Amazon returns for resale or disposal. The following terms apply to our returns processing services. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By signing this form, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you will not be able to utilize the Amazing at Home returns service.
You represent and warrant to Amazing at Home that you have full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms of Service and grant the rights hereunder.
These Terms of Service are binding on and inure to the benefit of Amazing at Home and our respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE PROVIDE AMAZING AT HOME WITH YOUR ABSOLUTE AND UNCONDITIONAL CONSENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE AMAZING AT HOME.
About Amazing at Home Returns Service
Amazing at Home provides a returns service to assist Amazon sellers in processing their customer returned products. By entering into this agreement as a returns service client, you understand the following conditions:
A flat rate of $10 per return will be assessed. This flat rate covers the expense to receive, process, and provide you with information to make a decision about your product returns.
Upon receipt of your product returns we will receive, inspect and assess each product individually. We will then take a photo of the condition of the product, the receipt provided by Amazon, and provide our recommended action for each return for your decision in processing. We will provide this information to you via email along with an invoice for each processed return.
Payment is not due until returns are processed. At which time you’ll receive an invoice for each product received, along with details of each return, and our recommendation for processing. You agree to pay the invoice within 7 days of receipt and provide an answer with your decision for processing each returned item.
Upon entering into this agreement, you will receive instructions on how to set up your Amazon seller central account to send your product returns to our address. Upon creating a removal order for your products, to our address, you agree to forward the details of this removal order to [email protected]
Upon receiving our recommendation for processing your returns, you may decide for us to take any of the following actions with your product returns:
REPACKAGE AND RETURN TO AMAZON FOR RESALE: If there is nothing wrong with the product and it’s packaging is in tact or easily replaceable (for example, a poly bag), we will recommend repackaging and returning to Amazon for resale. If you choose this option, you will need to choose the send/replenish option in your seller central inventory dashboard and email us a prepaid shipping label for returning your products to Amazon. We will apply all labels and provide to your chosen shipping provider for delivery and restocking at Amazon fulfillment centers. You understand that we have no control over lost shipments or delayed check in of your inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers. You agree to provide us with a shipping label within 7 business days of receiving our conditions report and invoice for services.
DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOOSING FOR RESALE: If the product is gently used and resellable, you may choose to resell it used on Amazon or another platform of your choosing. You agree to provide us with a prepaid shipping label for the destination of your choice within 7 business days of receiving our conditions report and invoice for services.
DESTROY: If the product is unsuitable for resale, you may choose to destroy the product. If you choose to destroy your inventory you hereby agree to release all rights to this product. You understand that we may destroy, liquidate, donate, or resell this inventory via any method of our choosing. You also agree that Amazing at Home is not liable for any product being purchased from a liquidation or other third party and being resold on Amazon.
If you fail to provide your returns processing instructions to us within 7 business days from receipt, all inventory will be destroyed (per our destruction terms outlined above).
Returns Service Clients
As a condition of your participation and client of our returns service program, you warrant that:
* you are at least 18 years of age;
* you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
* all information supplied by you is true, accurate, current and complete;
* you will inform such other persons about the Terms of Service that apply to this returns service program you have purchased on their behalf, including all conditions and restrictions applicable thereto;
* you will participate appropriately as a client by familiarizing yourself with the program materials and supporting documentation provided by Amazing at Home; and update your seller central account information accordingly.
Amazing at Home may contract with independent contractors to provide returns processing, donation and/or disposal services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss, or damage, to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent contractor, or resulting directly from the following majeure or events beyond our control.
If you request us to dispose of your products, or payment is not made within 7 days of invoice date leading to the disposal, liquidation or resale of your products, you understand that we have no obligation to ensure those items are not resold on the Amazon.com website.
